KOENZİM Q10 & OMEGA 3 SOFTJEL USAGE RECOMMENDATION

For adults 11 years and older, it is recommended to take 1 softgel once a day. The recommended daily consumption amount for EPA and/or Dha should be at least 250 mg/day and the consumption should not exceed 3 g/day.
